This position supports the Union Leasing team, a premier fleet leasing and management solutions provider with over 60 years of experience. The Strategic Account Manager will engage in day-to-day operational and fleet service functions with Union Leasing’s customers to manage solutions, resolve issues, and provide a strategic replacement plan (Total Fleet Management or TFM). The role is responsible for client retention, providing premium customer service, and building customer relationships at all levels of the client’s organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-touch premium customer experience success and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-centered, and technology-driven work environment.
