The Strategic Account Manager will provide a top-level customer experience by continually improving sales and technical knowledge. This role involves working as part of a team to ensure a positive work environment and continually improve customer satisfaction. The primary focus is to develop sales with current and potential strategic accounts and the distribution network nationwide. Responsibilities include undertaking end-user sales presentations and demonstrations, providing first-level product setup and service support for the Industrial Scale and Tank & Hopper product lines, and educating and training the current and potential distribution network and independent sales representatives. The role also involves assisting the Sales Director America with sales reports, statistics, and presentations as required.
