About The Position

ColonialWebb is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or background with skilled trades. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer management skills, technical competency, preferably in the mechanical (HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems) trade, solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products suite), and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. This role involves interaction with many team members and clients. Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
  • Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
  • Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
  • Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
  • Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
  • Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
