About The Position

Micas is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow business at top AI/cloud accounts targeting data center switch opportunities. This role will require creating, building and delivering results with the target accounts. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements with these customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years experience working with cloud service provider, hyperscalers and datacenter customers.
  • Experience working with networking switch-based products. Server and storage infrastructure experiences a bonus.
  • Account contacts and networked with target accounts
  • Ability and mindset to work in a start-up environment
  • Strong creative, self-starting and positive attitude attributes
  • Passion for adventure

Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts
  • Build engagements with customers and generate new opportunities
  • Understand market requirements and insights for new business opportunities
  • Track and maintain opportunity tracker, technical challenges and design-win milestones
  • Work with Micas pre-sales and engineering team to build customized product offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
