Remote opportunity with a preference for West Coast residency , Dallas, TX -4 days onsite Job Summary AMN Language Services (Formerly Stratus Video) is a technology-driven company improving the way patients and medical professionals connect across all areas of health care. AMN Language Services provides a full suite of language solutions including video and audio remote interpreting, in-person interpreting, and translation. We focus exclusively on healthcare and improving the care delivery experience and outcomes for both patients and providers. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring that AMN Language Services solutions are delivering value aligned with client goals for high quality patient care. This role is responsible for building long-term, trusted relationships with client executives and senior leaders and growing client revenue in line with assigned quotas. Travel is up to 25%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience preferred
  • Proven track record of navigating large client organizations and building multi-department relationships
  • Prior strategic account management or consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and collaborative spirit desired

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and driving the ongoing relationship with clients across departments and including executive relationships.
  • Achieves annual revenue goals and influences the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Drives client proposals in up-sell opportunities and facilitates contract renewals.
  • Analyzes solution outcomes and promotes success with client stakeholders.
  • Identifies and mitigates account risk.
  • Maintains full understanding of products and services with ability to develop “insight selling” sales talk track.
