About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing international company specializing in digital solutions for the hospitality industry. As part of its North American expansion, we are currently hiring a Strategic Account Manager. Present in multiple countries with a large network of hotel partners, the company is a leading player in its sector. We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the Sales & Account Management team based in Montreal. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (hotel groups and management companies) and play a key role in driving revenue growth through performance optimization, data analysis, and long-term partnership development. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (headquarters, regional leaders, hotel general managers), helping them maximize the commercial performance of their properties through the platform.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years minimum in account management, revenue management, or complex account handling, in hospitality or e-travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (CRM and BI tools such as Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Experience with CRM and BI tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across HQ, regional, and property levels.
  • Analyze sales data, build reports, and identify optimization levers (availability, conversion rates, pricing strategy, segmentation).
  • Co-develop and execute strategic action plans with partners.
  • Support the expansion of available inventory across partner properties.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of regional strategies.
