About The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead growth and relationship development across large enterprise and strategic public sector clients in Manitoba. This role is responsible for managing existing business, championing the full value of WBM’s Enterprise Experience Platform, driving strategic engagement, and cultivating trusted, long-term partnerships with client representatives and executive level stakeholders. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will represent WBM’s capabilities, heritage, and unique approach to delivering impactful technology solutions. You will guide your accounts through our strategic flywheel, expanding our presence by identifying opportunities, aligning solutions to customer goals, and demonstrating measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships and engagement plans across assigned enterprise and SME public‑sector clients.
  • Develop a deep, continuously evolving understanding of client objectives, challenges, and long‑term priorities.
  • Lead account strategies that strengthen alignment between client needs and WBM’s solutions.
  • Execute WBM’s Strategic Sales Methodology to drive client satisfaction and growth across named accounts.
  • Expand profitable business through executive‑level engagement and proactive discovery.
  • Qualify, shape, and advance opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Specialists, and Solution teams.
  • Manage your opportunities within Salesforce and leverage our customized complex deal management platform to support consistent methodology adherence.
  • Advocate for the client internally by sharing insights, needs, and success criteria across WBM teams.
  • Educate clients on the full Enterprise Experience Platform, emphasizing solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes and measurable impact.
  • Utilize WBM’s Executive Governance framework to strengthen alignment with senior leaders in your clients.
  • Facilitate structured conversations that reinforce long‑term priorities and highlight opportunities for partnership expansion.
