Rokt is a hyper-growth ecommerce leader that uses its AI Brain and ecommerce Network to connect hundreds of millions of customers and power billions of transactions. This role supports one of Rokt’s most strategic, complex, and high-visibility Financial Services partnerships. The Strategic Account Manager will deepen and scale Rokt’s partnership with a large, multi-brand, multi-product strategic account, operating at the center of a fast-moving account environment. This role requires partnering closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams across Product, Solutions, Operations, GTM, and Sales. It is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in partnerships, strategic account management, fintech, payments, or consultative commercial roles. The responsibilities include driving value across the partnership, managing complex workstreams, supporting commercial and negotiation conversations, and ensuring accountability to shared goals. Additionally, the role involves supporting partnership sales enablement, including channel activation, training, playbooks, deal support, and developing repeatable commercial motions for similar Financial Services opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially sharp, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building structure around complex opportunities.
