Strategic Account Manager - Cybersecurity
About The Position
Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager with deep experience in the cybersecurity space. You'll own a portfolio of high-value accounts, manage executive relationships, and use Virio's AI-powered system to generate content that drives real pipeline for security founders and GTM leaders operating in one of the fastest-moving, highest-stakes verticals in B2B.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity buyer — you understand how security founders and GTM leaders think, what they care about, and how to earn their trust in a space where credibility is everything
- Mid-market to enterprise B2B account management experience
- Strong executive presence — calm, credible, and trusted at the C-suite level
- Fluent in B2B marketing, content strategy, and demand generation
- Comfortable using AI tools to scale content output and workflows
- Highly organized with consistent follow-through
- Thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value SaaS customers with ACVs ranging from $60K to $500K and above
- Build trusted, executive-level relationships with founders, CISOs, CMOs, and GTM leaders in cybersecurity
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to drive clear customer value
- Translate technical and business goals into content and GTM strategy tailored to the security buyer
- Interview executives and extract insights to shape positioning, messaging, and narratives
- Use Virio's AI-powered systems to generate high-quality LinkedIn content at scale
- Add final human judgment and polish to ensure content quality, voice, and performance
- Ensure customers see consistent progress, outcomes, and ROI
- Support renewals and expansions in close partnership with leadership
- Surface product and GTM insights from the field back to the team
