The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for revenue retention, growth, renewal motions, and client satisfaction for their assigned accounts. This role involves fostering executive relationships at the C-Suite and Head of Shared Services level, cultivating relationships to identify opportunities for enhanced client product engagement, and generating demand for bundled solutions across Alight's portfolio (Health, Wealth, Leaves, and Consumer Experience). The SAE will collaborate with Solution Architects and other Subject Matter Experts to bring market insights to clients, acting as a trusted advisor. The individual must understand their clients' business challenges, Alight's services and offerings, and the competitive landscape.
