The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for revenue retention, growth, renewal motions, and client satisfaction for their assigned accounts (1-6). This role cultivates relationships within accounts to identify opportunities to enhance client product engagement and generates demand for bundled solutions across Alight's portfolio (Health, Wealth, Leaves, and Consumer Experience). The SAE will collaborate with Solution Architects and pre-sales support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges, Alight's services, and the competitive landscape.
