About The Position

Antenna is seeking a Strategic Account Director to drive expansion revenue and deepen relationships within its largest media and entertainment accounts. This role involves owning the growth of strategic enterprise relationships by partnering with executive leadership to develop account strategies, build expansion roadmaps, mobilize cross-functional teams, and close renewals and expansions. The Strategic Account Director will engage with VP and C-suite executives at major tech and media companies, translating complex data into clear business value to grow each enterprise account. The position reports to the VP, Client Services. Antenna is a remote-first company, and candidates should be available during US business hours, preferably based in a US time zone.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing high-velocity, consultative new business sales.
  • Experience building multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to deliver white-glove service.
  • Comfort selling complex, multi-SKU data products.
  • Experience working with Product/Engineering teams.
  • Understanding of programming, audience measurement, and subscriber growth.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic questions relevant to Media & Entertainment leaders.
  • Thrive in shared-ownership environments and excel at collaborating with internal account leads and Customer Success to drive unified outcomes and expansion.
  • Ability to mentor team members like CSMs and Insights Analysts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating risk and managing escalations while protecting the relationship.
  • Effective negotiation skills with a sharp understanding of business finance, budgets, contract terms, and ROI to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive relationships (VP+) at enterprise accounts to significantly grow revenue, hit renewal/expansion targets, and ensure clients realize ROI to become trusted advocates.
  • Build and own long-term strategic account plans, mapping out multi-quarter expansion roadmaps that balance short-term wins with a long-term product vision.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Insights & Analytics team to identify upsell opportunities and strategic executive intros, while hunting for new internal relationships to pass back to the CSM team.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal strategy with a 90-day runway, managing client expectations and ensuring internal alignment throughout the entire deal cycle.
  • Conduct client discovery for advanced solutions and new products in development, running use-case and value-proposition deep dives to expand Antenna’s footprint.
