The Strategic Account and Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting key strategic accounts, while helping drive operational consistency through effective CRM management and technology support. This role serves as a cross-functional partner to leadership, sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure customer account needs are managed accurately, technology platforms are used effectively, and internal processes support business growth. This position will play a key role in managing CRM data, reporting, workflow accuracy, and account-related communication. The Strategic Account and Technology Manager will also assist with technology tools, including AccuLynx to support operational efficiency, user adoption, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
