About The Position

The Strategic Account and Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting key strategic accounts, while helping drive operational consistency through effective CRM management and technology support. This role serves as a cross-functional partner to leadership, sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure customer account needs are managed accurately, technology platforms are used effectively, and internal processes support business growth. This position will play a key role in managing CRM data, reporting, workflow accuracy, and account-related communication. The Strategic Account and Technology Manager will also assist with technology tools, including AccuLynx to support operational efficiency, user adoption, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, operations support, CRM management, technology support, or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM systems required.
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • AccuLynx or construction/project management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Monitor account activity, project updates, customer needs, and required follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate account records, CRM data, and communication history.
  • Support CRM management, reporting, workflow consistency, and data clean-up.
  • Help ensure AccuLynx is used consistently for job tracking, communication, and project visibility.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to support efficiency and accountability.
  • Partner with sales, production, operations, and leadership to improve communication and follow-through.
  • Escalate account, system, or operational concerns to leadership as needed.
