About The Position

CXI Trucking is seeking experienced LTL drivers for local, full-time positions. We are a family-owned and operated company with an employee-first mentality, dedicated to providing on-time service to our customers. We are looking for drivers with a strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer service, who can excel in a fast-paced environment while being safe and efficient. This role involves local deliveries and requires the ability to operate a Class B CDL straight truck.

Requirements

• Driver must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have 2 year of experience driving CLASS C STRAIGHT TRUCK
• Must be efficient with residential deliveries and liftgate
• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
• Valid CLASS B DRIVERS LICENSE
• MEDICAL CARD

Nice To Haves

• Clean MVR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Label, sign and handle shipments according to CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads AND equipment are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
• Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
