About The Position

CXI Trucking is looking for experienced LTL drivers who have a strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer service. Applicants should excel in a fast pace environment while being safe and efficient. This is a local, full-time driving position with an employee-first mentality. Drivers will be home every night and every weekend.

Requirements

• Driver must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have 2 year of experience driving CLASS C STRAIGHT TRUCK
• must be efficient with residential deliveries and liftgate
• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
• Clean MVR is a plus
• Valid CLASS B DRIVERS LICENSE
• MEDICAL CARD

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Label, sign and handle shipments according to CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads AND equipment are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
• Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
