About The Position

The Stove Cleaner will play an important role and is responsible for detailing and degreasing of all kitchen equipment in all the kitchens. This role will work closely with the Executive Steward.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, floor mats; drains, sweeps and mops all major traffic areas of kitchen
• Clean and degrease kettles, ovens, hoods, fryers, flat top, Char broiler, and salamander, reach ins coolers and worktables
• Polish all stainless steel in kitchen area
• Detail walls, ceiling panels, vents lights, and mobile equipment monthly or as needed
• Change or Filter Fryers when needed. Ensure Safety equipment is used
• Miscellaneous duties, Cleaning Walls, Floors, Drains, Ceiling, Walk in Coolers and Freezers. Reach in coolers
