Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days)
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors

Responsibilities
- Knock & Connect: Canvass neighborhoods and build relationships door-to-door
- Inspect & Educate: Identify storm damage and explain next steps clearly
- Advocate: Help homeowners navigate insurance claims with confidence
- Manage: Oversee projects from first contact to final installation
- Grow: Build referrals and create a steady pipeline of opportunities
