About The Position

The Stores Clerk is responsible for moving, stocking, issuing, transferring, and returning aircraft and related parts, tooling, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory in a safe, clean, professional environment. The role stocks inventory received from internal and external suppliers, ships and receives inventory materials as needed to support Product Line operations, and fulfills inventory requests from Product Line customers. This position reports to the Supervisor, Stores, and is located in Wilmington, Ohio.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in materials management or inventory controls, or two years of warehouse experience requiring organizational skills and fundamental knowledge of materials movement and inventory transactions.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Ability to qualify for and maintain a DOT medical certificate for intra- and interstate operation of specific equipment.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb and lift articles above head.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including split shifts during the week and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge and use of inventory computer system applications.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
Previous shipping and receiving experience.
Working knowledge of Parts 43, 145, 91, and 121.
