About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. The role supports daily operations, ensures execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and helps foster an engaging environment where people and performance thrive. Assistant Store Managers serve as role models on the sales floor by coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. They take on leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.

Requirements

2–3 years of retail experience.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people succeed.
High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience in fashion or accessories.
Previous leadership experience, such as keyholder or supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree.
