About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. This role supports daily operations, execution of Fossil’s brand standards, and an engaging environment where people and performance thrive. The Assistant Store Manager serves as a role model on the sales floor, coaches and trains team members, and helps ensure brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. When the Store Manager is unavailable, the Assistant Store Manager steps into leadership responsibilities and helps foster accountability, teamwork, and fun.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people succeed.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience, such as keyholder, supervisor, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree.
