About The Position

Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient Storeroom operation. Ensure optimum use of product, smooth flow of service; while maintaining inventory and par levels of food and beverage items, performing duties in an accident-free manner, and maximizing cost control.

Requirements

  • Six months to one year previous purchasing and receiving experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift weights in excess of 90lbs.
  • Mathematic skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and issue all goods and materials for the entire operation to ensure controls, costs and appropriate supplies for each area of the operation.
  • Inspect all deliveries to ensure daily compliance with all specifications and verify that invoice or packing slip is present. Check delivery against purchase order to ensure quantity and quality of goods received.
  • Distribute receivables throughout the resort.
  • Date all food received and rotate (first-in and first-out) to ensure utilization of oldest product first.
  • Maintain high sanitation standards for the storeroom, walk-in, refrigerators, freezers, and loading dock area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Check and maintain the perpetual inventory in the outlets and storage room in accordance with all IHR and state policies and requirements.
  • Receive all food and beverage items (i.e. beer, wine, liquor).
  • Store, rotate, and clean all liquor bottles on the proper shelf and space.
  • Issue all liquor to the outlets on a bottle to bottle basis.
  • Assist with physical inventory of storeroom and outlets at period end.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage storeroom or wine cellar.
  • Assist with vender accounts - statements and invoice input. (5%)
  • Assist with physical inventories of storeroom at end of period, including the preparation of the end of the month beverage transfer entries. (3%)
  • Operate vehicle for delivery and pick-up to other resort locations.
  • Understand all Liquor SOP's, LSOP"s, and state laws.
  • Follow safety and accident prevention programs.
  • Attend all required meetings.
