About The Position
We are seeking a Storeroom Attendant to support integrated supply operations at a customer site. The Storeroom Attendant is responsible for daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and supply chain accuracy for the facility.
Requirements
- Prior experience in storeroom, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies
- Issue materials to internal customers and document transactions accurately
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Maintain storeroom organization, cleanliness, and proper labeling
- Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts or pallet jacks as required
