About The Position
The Storekeeper receives, stores, issues, and delivers materials and equipment to all areas of Essentia Health in support of patient care and the organization’s goals and mission. The role also performs cleaning duties in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Other responsibilities may include recording received items, maintaining the open purchase order file, filing carrier receiving documents, staging items for delivery to hospital departments, and uncrating and performing minor assembly of products.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, issue, and deliver materials and equipment to areas of Essentia Health.
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Record receipt of items as needed.
- Keep the open purchase order file up to date.
- File receiving documents from carriers.
- Stage items for delivery to hospital departments.
- Uncrate and perform minor assembly of products received.
