About The Position

Our Warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are available to support safe and reliable operations across our Green River site. As a Storekeeper, you will perform warehouse activities including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting maintenance and operations teams. In this role, you will work closely with Buyers, Vendors, Planners, Foremen, and Operations personnel to ensure materials are properly received, stocked, and available when needed. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and warehouse processes in a dynamic industrial environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to utilize inventory management systems
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, and other material handling equipment in an industrial environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, parts, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Prepare outbound shipments, coordinate freight pickups, and generate shipping documentation including bills of lading
  • Support maintenance and operations teams by pulling materials, building kits for work orders, and tracking delivery status of ordered parts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counts, audits, and routine reconciliation activities
  • Operate material handling equipment safely while maintaining warehouse organization, housekeeping standards, and compliance with site safety requirements
