Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Vocational training in visual merchandising and commerce.
  • Experience in visual merchandising or a similar creative profession.
  • Experience in store and customer service.
  • Analytical skills to translate sales figures into solutions.
  • Talent for planning and organization; will work closely with the Store Manager to set priorities and plan the weekly schedule.
  • Openness to change and innovation and a desire to continue learning about fashion, commerce, and sales.
  • Team-oriented; not afraid to give and receive feedback, reliable, and willing to help others.
  • Availability for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of an attractive and inspiring store image for our customers.
  • Make people want to stop and shop at C&A through store image changes.
  • Train and advise sales colleagues on the application of store image guidelines.
  • Stylize the store image in an inspiring way, implementing product in store, changing mannequins, and introducing new clothing lines.
  • Analyze sales figures from the merchandise management system and use this data to configure store layout and presentation.
  • Translate centrally developed sales strategies and concepts into store presentation.
  • Increase sales by presenting merchandise in a logical place.
  • Proactively greet customers and answer their questions.
  • Advise customers on fit, styling tips, and size options.
  • Use service tools (e.g., QR codes) to help customers find what they are looking for, both online and in stores.
