About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a store technical service representative, which we call an in-store service agent. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions. Requirements
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- 6+ months’ experience in a similar role
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Excellent communication skills
