Requirements
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, “ready-to-help” attitude.
- Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues.
- Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program.
- Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. This includes inputting data into computer systems.
- Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process.
- Stock the bathing supply caddies.
- Support each other by acting as back-up when extra help is needed.
- Perform walk-in nail trimming services.
