Store Shift Supervisor - Wag N Wash
About The Position

Duties include supporting team members & helping pet parents and their fur babies. The mission of Wag N' Wash is to enhance the relationship and bond between companion pets and their guardians through products, services and education supporting a healthy lifestyle for pets. Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law).
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Excellent listener and communicator who can help pet parents with their concerns, wants, and needs.
- Strong desire to succeed; a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Love of pets and a desire to learn more about the Wag N’ Wash brand and products.
Responsibilities
- Lead team members by example, ensuring they understand and embody the company’s values.
- Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures.
- Assign tasks and help team members manage their time.
- Place special orders, fill online orders and notify customers when orders are ready.
- Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
- Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
- Perform nail trims on furry friends.
- Perform walk-in nail trimming services.
