About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to provide a friendly, fast-paced customer experience. Team members work together to welcome customers, provide hospitality, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, and support sales and customer service across many areas of the store. The role offers opportunities to build skills and grow within Sheetz. The position requires communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a busy environment. Team members help keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and stocked, and handle checkout transactions, including appropriate sales of restricted products. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
- Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
