About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced store environment. Team Members work together to create a positive customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow a career with Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
• Must work four weekend days per month as a full-time Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
