Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong operational standards on the sales floor and at the register.
Create a welcoming environment for customers, maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays, and support store operations with urgency and professionalism.
Balance excellent service with operational execution to help drive sales and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
Ensure all areas of the store are properly cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained while supporting a positive experience for customers and team members.
Inspect, sort, clean, price, and prepare items with accuracy while maintaining a safe and organized processing environment.
Support the movement of incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate records and ensuring materials are directed to the correct areas.
Assist donors when needed, and follow safety protocols while handling equipment and shipments.
Safely and efficiently collect donations while maintaining clean, organized, and well-managed donation sites.
Greet every donor with enthusiasm, represent ATS’s mission with professionalism, and ensure donation areas remain safe and efficient even in outdoor and changing weather conditions.
