About The Position
The Store Team Member provides a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. Working with the team, this role engages customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience and contributes to sales, food preparation, and customer service. Team members may grow their skills across multiple facets of store operations. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Keep store products stocked.
