Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
• A high school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
• Assist with various store tasks including running the cash register, organizing merchandise, and monitoring store performance metrics.
• Foster a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and staff through a positive attitude and strong leadership.
