About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success at our Mentor retail store. This role is an opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role. Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
• A high school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
• Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.
• Create a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and staff through positive attitude and leadership skills.
