About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success at our Chardon retail store. This role is an opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role. Working with Goodwill means being part of a mission to empower individuals on their journey to independence and making a difference by helping deliver life-changing programs to the community. The Store Team Lead will oversee daily store operations, inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals, and assist with various tasks such as running the cash register, organizing merchandise, and monitoring store performance metrics. The role requires a positive attitude and leadership skills to create a welcoming and efficient environment. The company also highlights its environmental impact through diverting materials from landfills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- A high school diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
- Background check required
