About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the highest level of organization and visual standards within the SKIMS shop. The Store Support associate will ensure that all displays, including shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables, are consistently full and neat. They will also be responsible for monitoring backstock to ensure key items are always replenished and communicating inventory needs to the Skimbassador. This role involves running replenishment stock lists, escalating monthly inventory needs, and ensuring product is continuously filled in throughout the day. Additionally, the Store Support associate will assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and provide general support for department activities such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, managing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and maintain visual standard of the SKIMS shop.
Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks & nesting tables are full and neat at all times.
Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained.
Monitor backstock to keep key items filled in at all times and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low.
Responsible for running a replenishment stock list for inventory needs; then escalate needs monthly using provided template.
Ensure product is constantly filled in throughout the day.
Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general support to the department, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures.
