About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Supervisors mentor and coach team members and help ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
