About The Position

Three2Coffee, LLC, a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee, is opening a new store in Washington, IN and is looking for amazing SHIFT LEADS to lead a team of amazing people to serve their amazing customers. Scooter's Coffee, established in 1998, is a fast-growing specialty coffee brand focused on sustainably-sourced ingredients and creating amazing experiences. They are looking for energetic, goal-oriented individuals to help create positive experiences for employees and customers in a fast-paced, FUN work environment. Management experience is preferred but not required, and food service experience is also not required, but enthusiasm, transferrable skills, and adaptability are key. The company is excited to train the right candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to Commute: Washington, IN 47501 (Required)
• Shift leads must be ServSafe Food Manager Certified or successfully complete the training prior to working a shift. We will pay for this training upon hire if you are not already certified.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience preferred
• Food service experience also not required, but the right mix of enthusiasm, transferrable skills and adaptability will be key.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations to achieve established sales growth metrics and participate in cultivating a culture that seeks continuous improvement and deepens our relationship with our customers
• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various food offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)
• Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
• Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
• Communicate with Baristas, Store Manager and Franchisee as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
