About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role works with the team to provide customers with hospitality throughout their experience at Sheetz, including friendly service and quality food and beverages prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The position also involves coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Serve quality food and beverages prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
