About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with a high-energy, team-focused approach and helping deliver a welcoming, customer-oriented experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position is an overnight shift. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
