This position provides a clean and eye-appealing environment for the customer shopping experience. It involves maintaining positive relations with all customers and resolving any product or service dissatisfaction issues promptly and professionally. The role ensures proper service levels around the store and manages shift labor as needed. It oversees the activities of the Building Services department within a single retail location and maintains a professional relationship with in-house, local and state health/sanitation inspectors.
