About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, helping the store team deliver a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality customer experience. The role involves serving customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. Applicants should be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, positive, and able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. The position requires repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds or assisting another person with lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.

Requirements

Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
