About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach. The role focuses on providing customers with hospitality and excellent service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
