About The Position

Join Ace Hardware in Portland, OR as a full-time Store Supervisor to put your management and customer service skills to use! This management role offers a consistent schedule and competitive pay of $18.77 - $20.50 an hour. Broadway Ace Hardware has been the go-to neighborhood hardware store in Portland since 2011. Requirements

  • Leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Opening the store and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Leading by example on the floor, greeting shoppers, answering questions, and helping them find the right tools and supplies.
  • Keeping a close eye on inventory, restocking shelves, tracking stock levels, and coordinating orders.
  • Securing the store, completing end-of-day checks, and setting the team up for a smooth, successful tomorrow.
