About The Position

Join Ace Hardware in Portland, OR as a full-time Store Supervisor to put your management and customer service skills to use! This management role offers a consistent schedule and competitive pay of $18.77 - $20.50 an hour. Broadway Ace Hardware has been the go-to neighborhood hardware store in Portland since 2011. Responsibilities

Opening the store and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Leading by example on the floor, greeting shoppers, answering questions, and helping them find the right tools and supplies.
Keeping a close eye on inventory, restocking shelves, tracking stock levels, and coordinating orders.
Securing the store, completing end-of-day checks, and setting the team up for a smooth, successful tomorrow.
