Requirements
- A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promote awareness, and maintain a neat and safe work environment.
- Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team.
- The flexibility to work a retail schedule which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
- Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
- Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure that every customer has the ideal shopping experience.
