About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position supports store productivity during peak periods, provides basic customer service, helps maintain store presentation, and assists with bagging purchases at the register. The associate must follow company policies, procedures, programs, and store-management directives.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store-management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
