About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of a retail store. The role includes supervising and supporting staff, assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, contributing to sales strategies, and helping manage inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates, providing guidance and support.
