About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with over 110 years in business and thirty-two stores across the United States, is seeking a full-time sales associate for its River Park Square location. The company is committed to providing customers with quality jewelry and an exceptional experience, aiming to build lifelong relationships. The sales associate role involves creating memorable customer experiences, developing authentic relationships, and showcasing merchandise with enthusiasm. This position offers an hourly rate plus commissions, a full benefits package, and parking cost reimbursement.

  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
