About The Position

The Store Representative stocks shelves, rotates products, and maintains organized, customer-ready displays. The role carries out merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments while keeping backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe. It also involves greeting customers, helping with product questions, and providing outstanding service. The representative works with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other team members to complete daily priorities, uses technology to track time and report completed work, follows safety procedures, reports hazards, and adapts to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed, within the local pod and wider region.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
