Store Representative - Days (FT)
About The Position
The Store Representative stocks and rotates products, maintains organized and customer-ready displays, and completes merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments. The role includes keeping backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe; greeting customers, answering product questions, and providing outstanding service; and working with store managers, assistant store managers, and team members to complete daily priorities. The representative uses technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution, follows safety procedures and reports hazards, and adapts to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, if needed, both in the local pod and the wider region.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
